Missions.

One Week.

Interested in getting your feet wet in missions or even to see how God is working in another place? These one week trips are perfect for you and happen every Christmas and Spring break. You will work directly with our one-year STINT teams, giving you insight into life on mission.

One Summer.

Interested in spending a little more time on mission? Whether in another country where you can meet other students, start learning a new language, and work alongside your professors OR here in the States, we have something for you!

One Year.

Interested in dedicating a year or more to missions? Our STINT program allows you to live overseas, meet and disciple new students, and work with a team of other students from your campus. You will live and learn together, and see God work in amazing ways.

 Raising Support.

For all of our missions trips, both short and long-term, each student, staff, and professor raises their own support.  This allows us each to build up a team of partners who will participate in the mission with us, through their prayer and their financial giving.  The faithful prayer of those who are doing the supporting and sending is incredibly valuable! It means that we don’t go anywhere alone, but always have a team of people behind us who are committed to praying daily for our ministry, our safety, our team relationships, etc. It also ensures that every single student who feels God calling them can participate in the mission, regardless of their socioeconomic status or background.

Raising support can be intimidating!  It requires much trust in God and is a big step of faith for all of us.  So we, the staff of Cru, walk alongside you throughout the process, training you, praying with and for you, guiding you as needed, and celebrating with you as we see God’s provision and goodness.

Our Partnerships.

As a part of ongoing missions work, we have partnered with several global sending opportunities. Though we have other missions opportunities available, these have committed short, medium, and long term sending options, giving us a unique ability to consistently have students and alumni overseas in these areas. As a result, the shorter missions trips can have a much more significant impact since the long-term teams pick up right where the shorter trips leave off. It’s part of our overall strategy to see Christ-centered movements launched everywhere.

Central Asia

It has been our privilege to send hundreds of U.S. students and professors to this country over the years to share stories, meet new friends, learn about cultures and language, and to share the gospel.  Summer trips typically include both students and professors; there are also year-long opportunities for students who want to immerse themselves in the culture, language learning, and ministry for a longer period of time.

Southeast Asia - EPIC

This part of the world is often described as scary, intimidating, difficult, and dangerous.  It is also beautiful, fascinating, hospitable and open to the gospel.  We send teams of students, staff, and sometimes professors for language and cultural exchanges and ministry opportunities.  There are summer and one-year opportunities with Cru in this ancient and wonderful place.
